The competition is open to all Australian (excluding the ACT) residents. Employees of Mr Tax Refund and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

To qualify for the draw, applicable persons must complete the Mr Tax Refund or Pop Up Tax Shop sign-up form or competition entry forms, and like and share Mr Tax Refund or Pop Up Tax Shop Facebook page. The winner will be selected randomly by an independent third party. Managements' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the decision. The competition is open to all Australian (excluding the ACT) residents. The winner will be contacted via email.

The competition commences Wednesday 1 March 2017 and closes at 5pm on Friday 23rd February 2018.

The winner will be selected on Monday 26th February 2018 at 5pm at Nerang Mall Shopping Centre Cnr Gilston Rd & New St Nerang QLD 4211. The winner will be notified by phone and email on 27th February 2018 10am. Winners must claim the prize by 6th March 2018 at 5pm. Should the prize remain unclaimed a redraw will take place on 13 March 2018 at 5pm at Nerang Mall Shopping Centre Cnr Gilston Rd & New St Nerang QLD 4211

The winner consents to the use of their name, suburb of residence and image for promotional and marketing purposes and agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Promoter.

7. any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or

8. any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
